Make room for full-body Pilates at home with a reformer that folds away when your session is done.
Space-saving fold: Fold it in a few minutes and store it upright or horizontally; folded, it measures 43 × 22 × 9 inches.
Supportive frame: The wear-resistant cast iron frame supports up to 400 lbs, giving you a stable base for daily exercise.
Five springs: Choose from three strong red springs and two light gray springs to vary resistance as you work your upper body, lower body, and core.
Ready-to-use set: High-density foam shoulder pads, a non-slip mat, and an adjustable pulley system support arm and leg exercises; target your legs, quads, calves, and core.
